During the 2020 Cornavirus pandemic, outside activity became a limited luxury, and as restrictions lifted so did people’s spirits as they were able to explore their local area again.
Matilda, a furloughed Marketing Executive, was one of these such explorers. She had always been a fan of walking, and was regularly found at local national trust sites on the weekend taking in the scenery and enjoying the fresh air.
Like a lot of people, the lockdown restrictions emphasised how much she relied on access to the outdoors and areas to walk. Whether this was a mindful stomp staying present with each step, or a chance to spend the day with a friend nattering out way around the fields, the absence of it left a gap. The daily exercise allowance gave Matilda a chance to explore the local area and once restrictions were lifted more, further around Norfolk.
Whilst lock down is still in place, she wanted to use this time as an opportunity, to share the amazing spaces, and to keep on top of content creation and copy writing skills as a bonus!
